"Honest and easy to trust"
I came in feeling kind of trapped because I didn’t really know what to expect or whether I was going to get talked into paying for things I didn’t need. But they were straightforward with me from the start, explained what was going on, and didn’t make me feel pressured.
The price felt fair, and the whole experience was a lot easier than I was bracing for. I left feeling relieved instead of stuck, and I’d definitely go back again

"Payment was exactly as expected"
I was really happy that the price I saw online was exactly what I paid, no surprise fees or weird extra charges afterward. The receipt matched everything too, which made the whole process feel super straightforward. the payment part was smooth and easy with no issues at all

I looked on oilcanhenrys.com before heading over, and yep, they had the filter I needed. that was kind of a relief because I really didn’t feel like calling three different places or wandering around wasting time. The info online was easy enough to follow, though I guess I was weirdly impressed by something that should be basic. Anyway, good experience overall and rather satisfactory.

"Oil Change Was Fine, But the Upsells Were Frustrating"
The oil change itself went smoothly and I don’t really have any complaints about the actual service. What got frustrating was how many upsells they kept pushing. I get that they’re just doing their job, but after a while it felt annoying and kind of stressful when I just wanted a simple oil change. It left me a little disappointed because the basic service was totally fine.

"Surprisingly Solid Oil Change"
Stopped in for an oil change and, i was expecting the usual rushed checklist routine, but the tech actually explained what he was looking at without making it awkward. He even spotted a small leak I hadn’t noticed. Nice to deal with someone who seemed like he actually knew cars, not just how to follow whatever the computer tells him

I was just trying to check prices and see if there was an Oil Can Henry’s nearby, the site made it easy. Like, I didn’t have to dig around or click through a bunch of random pages. Everything loaded quickly too, which was nice.
The layout was clean and simple to read on my phone, too. The booking info was clear, and there weren’t any annoying popups or confusing menus getting in the way. So, yeah… overall, it was a good experience

"Easy and stress free"
I had a good experience with Oil Can Henrys. The communication were clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep chasing them down for answers. They got back to me quick and explained everything in a normal way, not pushy or confusing. That really made the whole thing feel easier. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and I’d use them again. Simple and stress free, which was exactly what I needed.

I looked through oilcanhenrys.com to see what kind of oil options they had, and yeah, it was okay. Totally fine. I’m not upset about it or anything. They had the basic stuff you’d expect for a normal oil change, but if you care about specific brands or more specialized oil types, the selection felt limited. I just would’ve liked a little more detail and maybe a few more choices listed. It gets the job done, I guess, so I’m staying calm about it

"Quick and easy oil change"
I got in quickly, and the oil change didn’t take long at all. I was expecting to sit around for a while, but they had me finished and back on the road fast. It was simple, no hassle, and worked out great for me. I’d definitely come back next time I need an oil change.

"Straightforward pricing, no surprises"
They told me the price right at the beginning, and that ended up being the actual price I paid, which I appreciated more than I expected. I’ve had plenty of situations where someone gives you one number and then suddenly there are extra fees or little add-ons they try to talk you into, but that didn’t happen here. Nobody pressured me to upgrade anything or buy stuff I didn’t ask for. It was just simple, clear, and exactly what they said it would be
